It's easy!
In previous years, we had squads based on the various characters [regular & recurring] on Stargate SG-1, with specific stuffed animals suggestions for donations. In 2005, we decided to go a little more broadly based & adopted a more encompassing scifi feeling. Therefore, our squads are now listed by scifi series, rather than a specific character, and no longer "require" specific stuffies to be donated.
To put it in a nutshell, pick your favorite scifi series & donate for that "squad." Once you've decided, contact us to be added to that squad. When you join, you will be asked for a nickname to be known by within the SGPA. General Ursidae will give you your rank designation as well.
Once that's settled, simply start collecting stuffies to send to us and recruiting others to join the SGPA. Now, you don't have to collect stuffies solely for your squad. Collect any and all stuffies you can. The squads are being utilized as a "show of support" for the SGPA, as well as showing what shows are considered popular.

So, pick a squad, contact us, and get started recruiting stuffies. And feel free to recruit other people to donate as well. Add a banner to your site, blog, etc.
